We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Data Analytics Faculty with strong hands-on expertise in Python, SQL, Advanced Excel, Power BI, Statistics, and Business Intelligence.
The ideal candidate should have proven experience in delivering practical, project-based Data Analytics training, guiding learners through real-world datasets, dashboards, case studies, and capstone projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver industry-oriented, hands-on Data Analytics training as per the complete syllabus.
- Conduct practical sessions using real-world datasets, assignments, case studies, and projects.
- Train learners in data cleaning, analysis, visualization, reporting, dashboard development, and interpretation.
- Guide learners in developing industry-standard Power BI dashboards, Excel reports, SQL projects, and analytics portfolios.
- Mentor learners throughout their capstone projects and provide technical guidance.
- Conduct assessments, evaluate performance, and provide constructive feedback.
- Simplify complex technical concepts and effectively handle learners with different skill levels.
Mandatory Technical Expertise
Candidates must have strong practical knowledge of:
Python: NumPy, Pandas, EDA, Data Cleaning, Matplotlib, Seaborn
Statistics: Descriptive Statistics, Probability, Distributions, Hypothesis Testing, ANOVA, Z-Test, T-Test, Chi-Square
SQL: Queries, Joins, Aggregations, CTEs, Subqueries, CASE Statements, Window Functions
Advanced Excel: XLOOKUP, VLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, Advanced Formulas, Pivot Tables/Charts, Power Query, ETL
Power BI: Power Query, Data Cleaning, Data Modelling, Relationships, DAX, Measures, Dashboards, Publishing & Data Refresh
Business Intelligence: KPI Development, Dashboard Design, Data Storytelling, Business Reporting using Excel, Power BI & Google Data Studio
Added Advantage: Practical knowledge of Machine Learning concepts including Regression, Classification, Clustering, and PCA.
Candidate Profile
- 2+ years of proven experience in Data Analytics training/teaching or relevant industry experience.
- Strong hands-on expertise across the complete Data Analytics workflow.
- Experience working with real-world datasets and end-to-end analytics projects.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and classroom-management skills.
- Ability to explain technical concepts in a simple and practical manner.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience mentoring students/professionals on projects is highly preferred.
- Candidates with only theoretical knowledge or limited exposure to the required tools need not apply.
Preference will be given to candidates with proven industry experience, strong project portfolios, and a track record of delivering high-quality Data Analytics training.
