Position: Senior Growth marketing - paid ads (Google and Bing search plus CRO)
We're hiring a paid search operator who owns Google and Bing end-to-end for Kovai.co, from the campaign build to the ad copy to the page the click lands on. You run the accounts, write the ads, shape the landing pages, and run the CRO tests that turn clicks into demos and trials. And you do all of it AI-first: automating the busywork, analyzing with AI, and building your own tooling instead of waiting on anyone. You'll own a number, not just a channel.
What you'll do

Own Google Ads and Microsoft (Bing) Ads across US and international regions: account structure, keywords, bids, budgets, negatives, and Smart Bidding.

Write and test search ad copy (responsive search ads, assets, extensions) that matches intent for a technical B2B buyer: tech writers, product and knowledge managers, engineering and IT leaders.

Own the experience after the click. Brief, test, and improve landing pages, demo requests, and trial forms so conversion rate goes up, not just traffic.

Run a continuous CRO program: A/B and multivariate tests on pages, forms, and offers, each with a clear hypothesis and a clean readout.

Do the keyword and competitor research that feeds campaign and copy decisions, including how we show up against category and competitors.

Own paid search reporting and attribution: CPL, SQL, and pipeline contribution, wired into GA4 and the CRM, presented to marketing leadership.

Manage and pace the budget for efficient pipeline, reallocating spend as the data comes in.

Test AI search advertising surfaces such as ChatGPT ads and other emerging placements as new demand channels.

Automate the recurring work: reporting pulls, budget pacing, and health checks on conversions and CPL, so manual effort does not eat the week.

Analyze with AI: diagnose what's moving CPL and pipeline, segment performance, and catch anomalies before they cost money.

Generate and iterate ad copy and landing page copy at volume, then test the winners.

Speed up keyword, SERP, and competitor research with AI, and turn call and customer data into sharper messaging.

Build lightweight automations and workflows yourself. You stitch tools together and don't need an engineer for every data pull.
What you'll bring

4+ years running Google Ads and Bing Ads for a B2B or SaaS advertiser, with real budget ownership.

A track record in CRO and A/B testing on landing pages and forms, judged on conversion and pipeline, not vanity metrics.

Strong search ad copywriting, with the judgment to match message to intent and audience.

AI first in how you work: you already use AI to automate reporting, analyze data, and generate and test copy, and you want to build more.

Hands on GA4 for tracking, attribution, and reporting.

Working context across the full paid stack: Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and exposure to LinkedIn and Meta.

Reporting fluency in Microsoft 365 (Excel, PowerPoint).

Analytical and accountable, comfortable owning a target.
