Recruitment & Hiring Coordination — Be the First Point of Connection

Get hands-on with sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates — you'll learn to spot potential before it's even obvious on paper.
Coordinate interviews like a pro, juggling candidates, hiring managers, and panels — a real test (and builder) of your organizational superpowers.
Own candidate communication and follow-ups, becoming the friendly, reliable voice candidates remember.
Track hiring pipelines and dashboards — turning recruitment into a data story you help write.

Onboarding & Documentation — Create Someone's "Day One" Experience

Play a key role in someone's first impression of the company by supporting offer rollouts and joining formalities.
Master the art of documentation — collecting, verifying, and organizing records with precision and confidentiality.
Get real exposure to maintaining employee databases — the backbone of every HR decision.
Learn to draft HR letters (offer, confirmation, experience letters) — practical skills you'll use throughout your HR career.

Employee Engagement & HR Operations — Bring People Together

Help design and execute engagement activities and internal events that shape company culture — yes, you get to be part of the "fun" side of HR too!
Be the go-to coordinator for daily HR communication, keeping things moving smoothly behind the scenes.
Get exposure to attendance, leave tracking, and HR operations.

Who Can Apply

Students/graduates pursuing MBA/BBA (HR) or related fields.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic understanding of HR concepts (coursework/project experience welcome).
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Strong organizational skills and eagerness to learn.
