Role OverviewThe Admin is responsible for managing day-to-day administrative operations of the school, ensuring smooth coordination between office functions, admissions, and CBSE-related documentation. The candidate should be organized, detail-oriented, and process-driven.

Key Responsibilities:

Administrative Operations

Manage daily front-office and administrative tasks
Maintain accurate records, files, and documentation
Handle correspondence, calls, and inquiries in a professional manner

Admissions & ERP Management

Coordinate the end-to-end admissions process
Maintain and update student and staff data on the school ERP system
Generate reports and MIS as required by management

CBSE Documentation & Compliance

Maintain CBSE-related documentation and records in an organized, audit-ready manner
Support the school in meeting CBSE compliance and reporting requirements
Liaise with relevant departments to ensure timely submission of documents

Coordination & Communication

Coordinate between parents, staff, and management for administrative matters
Ensure timely and clear communication across departments
Support management in day-to-day administrative planning

Eligibility and Qualifications:

Graduate/Postgraduate in any discipline (Commerce/Business Admin preferred)
2-3 years of administrative experience in a CBSE school setup
Familiarity with school ERP systems, admissions process, and CBSE documentation
Strong communication and organizational skills

Ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively
