By programmatically unbundling visual layouts into open developer standards (PBIR and TMDL), we allow enterprise teams to track, develop, and deploy dashboards inside Git pipelines just like standard software code. Furthermore, our governed semantic layers deliver 100% deterministic, hallucination-free conversational AI to corporate decision-makers.
The Role
We are seeking an entrepreneurial, high-performing Sales & Business Development Manager to own our pipeline expansion. Your primary directive is to navigate and leverage the Microsoft Partner Network to secure co-sell opportunities and drive enterprise sales of our white-labeled analytics portals.
You will work directly with Microsoft Account Executives (AEs), regional system integrators, and mid-market to enterprise-level buyers (CEOs, CFOs, CIOs) to position Sengen as a dramatic cost-saver and performance-booster for their existing BI investments.
What You Will Do (Key Responsibilities)
· Own the Microsoft Co-Sell Pipeline: Register, manage, and drive opportunities inside the Microsoft Partner Center, utilizing the Microsoft AI Cloud Partner Program (MAICPP) to achieve and scale our "Co-sell Ready" status.
· Incentivize Microsoft AEs: Educate Microsoft AEs on how Sengen's AOD portal solutions drive Microsoft Fabric (F-SKU) compute and Azure consumption, motivating them to bring us into their existing enterprise accounts.
· Value-Based Enterprise Pitching: Conduct TCO analyses for prospective clients, showing them how Sengen bypasses the traditional per-seat Power BI/Tableau "viewer tax" to save them 50% to 90% in licensing fees.
· Navigate Technical Sales Cycles: Partner with IT directors and BI team leads, positioning Sengen's ability to unbundle report schemas into PBIR and TMDL formats to unlock professional Git version control, CI/CD pipelines, and parallel developer collaboration.
· Position Governed AI: Contrast Sengen’s strictly deterministic, TMDL-grounded natural language querying against generic, hallucination-prone probabilistic AI assistants.
Job Requirements
· Microsoft Partner Channel Expert: 3+ years of proven success selling inside or alongside the Microsoft Partner Network (experience with Partner Center, MAICPP, and Co-sell incentives is highly required).
· Analytics & BI Literacy: Strong, practical knowledge of business intelligence architectures (Power BI, Tableau, or Fabric). You must understand concepts like Row-Level Security (RLS), multi-tenancy, and data semantic layers.
· Developer-Minded Salesperson: Comfortable discussing modern software engineering workflows (Git, JSON, YAML, and CI/CD pipelines) with highly technical stakeholders.
· AI Articulacy: A clear understanding of generative AI landscapes, specifically the distinction between probabilistic models (RAG, LLM assistants) and deterministic semantic execution.
· Financial Acumen: Exceptional capability to build, explain, and pitch complex licensing comparison matrices (TCO models) to corporate procurement and CFOs.
