Founded in 1993, the company has grown rapidly in recent years, and now offers a wide range of professional services including dubbing, subtitling, access services, voice casting, translation, song recording, and mixing for movies, web series, TV shows, documentaries, songs, jingles, TVC’s and radio spots. The company also provides training for aspiring voices in techniques to enhance their skills and improve performance in any language.

About the Position

We are looking for a self-reliant sound engineer with a learning mindset. The person needs to be self-driven and passionate about learning. Initially, this role will assist the recording team in the following

Responsibilities

Equipment Setup & Maintenance

Ensure all studio equipment (microphones, consoles, software, etc.) is functioning correctly.
Set up, test, and adjust recording equipment for sessions.
Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot technical issues.
Recording Session Management

Prepare the studio for recording sessions.
Regulate volume levels and sound quality during recordings using control consoles.
Guide voice artists during sessions for optimal performance.
Audio Post-Production

Edit and mix audio tracks (post-production).
Separate instruments, vocals, and other sounds; combine them during mixing.
Translate analogue to digital sound and synchronise audio with visual media.
Duplication & Archiving

Reproduce and duplicate sound recordings using editing and duplication equipment.
Maintain logs of recordings and manage the audio library.
Project Coordination

Communicate with Project Manager and Language QC teams.
Provide regular updates on project status and ensure timely delivery.

Requirements

Certified Sound Engineer from a recognised institute, knowledge in Pro Tools 10 & above
0-10 years of experience in Sound Engineering & Dubbing
Should have a fair understanding of the industry and technical expertise
Sound engineers should be updated with client specs and requirements
