Key Responsibilities

Manage daily office administration, housekeeping, security, pantry, maintenance, and office supplies.
Provide first-level IT support for laptops, desktops, printers, Wi-Fi, LAN, software, and internet.
Manage employee IT onboarding/offboarding, device allocation, and access.
Maintain IT and office asset/inventory records.
Manage vendors, quotations, AMC, warranties, licenses, and invoices.
Coordinate with external IT and facility vendors for technical and maintenance issues.
Monitor CCTV, biometric, access control, internet, and basic network infrastructure.
Handle office repairs, electrical, plumbing, AC, furniture, and other facility requirements.
Maintain proper documentation and ensure timely renewal of AMCs and licenses.
Prepare daily/monthly Admin & IT reports.
Proactively identify issues and ensure timely resolution.

Pay: Up to ₹35,000.00 per month
