We are a real estate accounting and property management operations company that is actively building and implementing AI-powered workflows and automation for internal operations and client businesses.
We are looking for a technically strong and curious AI Implementation Engineer who wants to work hands-on with the latest AI technologies.
This is a good opportunity for a recent college graduate who has strong technical fundamentals, understands how modern AI systems work, and enjoys experimenting with new AI tools and technologies.
You don't need to know everything. We are looking for someone who learns quickly, experiments, solves problems, and can turn an AI idea into something that actually works.
What You'll Work On
- Implement AI-powered solutions for internal and client workflows.
- Work with LLMs such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and other emerging models.
- Build and test AI workflows using APIs and third-party platforms.
- Connect AI models with existing applications and business systems.
- Develop AI-powered automations for repetitive business processes.
- Work with AI agents, prompt engineering, structured outputs, and workflow automation.
- Experiment with new AI tools and identify practical use cases.
- Integrate AI with CRM, email, property management, accounting, and other business applications.
- Work with APIs, webhooks, JSON, and basic data transformation.
- Test AI implementations and troubleshoot issues.
- Monitor AI outputs and improve accuracy, reliability, and performance.
- Document AI workflows and implementation processes.
- Research new AI technologies and determine whether they can be useful for Acrebook or its clients.
What We're Looking For
Technical curiosity is more important than years of experience.
You should have:
- A degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Strong understanding of modern AI and LLM technologies.
- Hands-on experience using tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Copilot, or similar AI platforms.
- Basic programming/coding skills.
- Understanding of APIs and how different applications communicate with each other.
- Basic knowledge of Python, JavaScript, or another programming language.
- Understanding of JSON, webhooks, REST APIs, and data handling is a plus.
- Interest in AI agents, automation, RAG, prompt engineering, and AI integrations.
- Ability to research and learn new technologies independently.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Good communication skills and ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
