Full job description

We’re looking for a strong Full Stack Developer who loves building products, solving real-world problems, and taking ownership of things from development to production.

If you have strong experience with MERN Stack + AWS and have worked in Fintech, Lending, Payments, Banking, NBFC or related financial products, this could be a great opportunity for you.

What you’ll be working on

Build and scale our customer and internal fintech applications
Develop backend services using Node.js & Express.js
Build modern web applications using React.js
Design and integrate REST APIs and third-party APIs
Work with MongoDB and other databases
Build scalable and reliable backend architectures
Deploy and manage applications on AWS
Monitor and troubleshoot production systems
Improve application performance, reliability and security
Work closely with Product, Business and Technology teams
Take ownership of features from requirement → development → deployment → production

What we’re looking for

Strong MERN experience

React.js
Node.js
Express.js
JavaScript / TypeScript
MongoDB
REST APIs
API integrations
Git

Strong AWS experience
Hands-on experience with services such as:

EC2
S3
RDS
Lambda
CloudWatch
IAM
VPC
Load Balancer
API Gateway
Auto Scaling

You should be comfortable deploying, monitoring and troubleshooting applications in AWS — not just familiar with AWS terminology.

Fintech experience is a big plus

We'd especially like to hear from people who have worked on:

Digital lending
Payments
KYC / CKYC
DigiLocker integrations
Loan/EMI journeys
Payment gateway integrations
UPI
E-sign / digital agreements
Customer or merchant onboarding
Repayment systems
Financial APIs
Reconciliation or transaction systems

We value engineers who

Take ownership instead of waiting for instructions
Can independently solve production issues
Think about scalability and security while building
Write clean and maintainable code
Understand the business problem behind the technical requirement
Are comfortable working in a fast-moving fintech environment
Are willing to challenge existing solutions and suggest better ones

Good to have

Docker, Redis, Kafka/RabbitMQ, PostgreSQL/MySQL, Kubernetes, Terraform, TypeScript, microservices and event-driven architecture.

The most important part: We’re looking for someone who has actually built and operated production systems, not someone who has only worked on tutorials or POCs.
