We are looking for an experienced and passionate Flutter Developer with 0-1 years of hands-on experience in developing cross-platform mobile applications. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of Flutter, clean coding practices, state management, API integration, and mobile application architecture.
You will be responsible for building high-quality mobile applications for ERP, Distribution, Field Sales, HR, Manufacturing, and other enterprise solutions while collaborating with our product, functional, and development teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and maintain high-quality Flutter applications for Android and iOS.
- Build scalable, reusable, and maintainable application architecture.
- Integrate REST APIs, third-party SDKs, payment gateways, maps, notifications, and other external services.
- Collaborate with UI/UX designers, backend developers, and functional consultants to deliver business-focused mobile solutions.
- Optimize application performance, responsiveness, and security.
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve application bugs and performance bottlenecks.
- Write clean, well-documented, and testable code following coding standards.
- Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to best development practices.
- Work with Git/GitHub for version control and collaborative development.
- Publish, maintain, and support applications on the Google Play Store and Apple App Store.
- Provide post-deployment support and implement feature enhancements based on customer feedback.
Required Technical Skills
- 0-1 years of professional Flutter development experience.
- Strong proficiency in Dart programming language.
- Experience with BLoC, Provider, or Riverpod for state management.
- Good understanding of Flutter architecture and widget lifecycle.
- Experience integrating RESTful APIs and JSON parsing.
- Knowledge of Firebase services such as Authentication and Cloud Messaging.
- Experience with local databases such as SQLite or Hive.
- Knowledge of push notifications, location services, background services, and offline synchronization.
- Familiarity with responsive UI design and adaptive layouts.
- Experience with Git and GitHub workflows.
- Understanding of mobile application security and performance optimization.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience developing enterprise or ERP-based mobile applications.
- Experience in location-based services.
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines for Flutter applications.
- Familiarity with native Android (Kotlin/Java) or iOS (Swift) development is an added advantage.
Eligibility Criteria
- 0-1 years of relevant Flutter development experience.
- At least one mobile application published on the Google Play Store or Apple App Store.
- Proven experience working on live production applications.
- Strong understanding of API integration and application architecture.
- Ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
