Key Responsibilities

Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and guests in a courteous and professional manner.
Manage the reception area and ensure it remains clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
Handle incoming phone calls, emails, and inquiries, directing them to the appropriate departments or personnel.
Schedule appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings.
Maintain visitor logs and issue visitor passes as per company policies.
Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail, packages, and courier deliveries.
Coordinate with internal departments to facilitate smooth communication and office operations.
Maintain and update records, databases, and filing systems accurately.
Assist in preparing reports, documents, and correspondence as required.
Monitor office supplies inventory and coordinate procurement when necessary.
Support administrative tasks such as data entry, documentation, and record management.
Handle customer complaints and inquiries professionally, ensuring timely resolution or escalation when required.
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and security protocols.
Provide general administrative support to management and staff as needed.

Pay: ₹9,817.95 - ₹35,000.00 per month
