Position: DTP / 2D Graphic Designer – Print & Digital Media
Experience: Minimum 4 Years
Location: Basavanagudi, Bengaluru
Department: Creative / Design
Reporting To: Creative Head / Marketing Manager

Job Summary

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented DTP / 2D Graphic Designer with a minimum of 4 years of experience in designing for both print and digital media. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in layout design, branding materials, marketing collaterals, social media creatives, and pre-press production. The candidate must be capable of handling multiple projects while ensuring high-quality design standards and adherence to brand guidelines.

Key Responsibilities Print Media Design

Design brochures, flyers, leaflets, catalogs, posters, banners, standees, danglers, packaging materials, and other marketing collaterals.
Create and prepare print-ready artworks with proper bleed, crop marks, color profiles, and specifications.
Coordinate with printing vendors to ensure accurate output quality.
Review proofs and make necessary corrections before final printing.

Digital Media Design

Design social media posts, web banners, email creatives, digital advertisements, presentations, and website graphics.
Develop engaging visual content for marketing campaigns across multiple digital platforms.
Create GIFs, basic animations, and digital assets for online promotions.

DTP & Production

Perform image retouching, color correction, resizing, and artwork adaptation.
Ensure consistency of branding across all communication materials.
Manage file organization, version control, and artwork archives.
Handle multilingual typesetting and layout formatting where required.

Creative Support

Collaborate with marketing, sales, and content teams to develop creative concepts.
Understand campaign objectives and translate them into visually appealing designs.
Stay updated with current design trends, printing technologies, and digital marketing requirements.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree / Diploma in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, Multimedia, or related field.
Minimum 4 years of experience in Graphic Design and DTP operations.
Strong proficiency in:
Adobe Photoshop
Adobe Illustrator
Adobe InDesign
CorelDRAW
Adobe Acrobat
MS PowerPoint
Strong understanding of typography, color theory, layout principles, and branding.
Knowledge of print production processes and pre-press requirements.
Experience in designing for social media platforms and digital marketing campaigns.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Preferred Skills

Basic knowledge of video editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro or After Effects.
Experience working with marketing agencies, print media companies, or advertising firms.
Understanding of UI graphics and digital content creation.
Knowledge of AI-based design tools will be an added advantage.
