Stipend: ₹8,000 per month

Job Summary:

Ameinar International Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Intern to support our recruitment and HR operations. This internship provides hands-on experience in talent acquisition, candidate coordination, and HR administration, making it an excellent opportunity to build a career in Human Resources.

Key Responsibilities:

Source candidate profiles through job portals and social media platforms.
Screen resumes based on job requirements.
Contact candidates and conduct initial HR screening.
Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers.
Follow up with candidates regarding interview status and joining formalities.
Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
Post job openings on various recruitment platforms.
Support campus hiring and employee referral initiatives.
Maintain HR records and documentation.
Perform other HR-related tasks as assigned.

Eligibility:

MBA (HR), BBA, B.Com, BA, or any graduate pursuing or completed.
Freshers are welcome to apply.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and email communication.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Willingness to learn and build a career in Human Resources.
