Digital Marketing & Ecommerce Exec

Location: Mumbai (Work from Office preferred)

About Nezal Herbocare

Nezal Herbocare is a fast-growing premium skincare, haircare, bath and wellness brand formulated with carefully selected Natural Active Ingredients. We are building a modern Indian consumer brand with a strong presence across Instagram, Facebook, Amazon, Flipkart and other digital marketplaces.

We are looking for a young, energetic and execution-focused Digital Marketing & Ecommerce Executive who has hands-on experience in growing brands on social media and online marketplaces.

This is not a training role. We are looking for someone who has already managed digital marketing campaigns and can take ownership from Day One.

Key Responsibilities

Social Media Management

Manage Instagram and Facebook pages
Create and schedule daily posts, reels and stories
Write engaging captions and hashtags
Monitor comments and messages
Grow followers organically
Plan monthly content calendars
Coordinate with graphic designers and video editors

Performance Marketing

Create and manage Meta (Facebook & Instagram) advertising campaigns
Understand campaign objectives such as Awareness, Traffic, Engagement and Sales
Monitor campaign performance
Improve ROAS and reduce cost per result
Create and manage remarketing campaigns
Build audiences and lookalike audiences

Amazon Marketplace

Manage Amazon Seller Central
Create and optimise product listings
Upload A+ Content
Manage Brand Store
Run Sponsored Products and Sponsored Brand campaigns
Monitor ACOS, ROAS and keyword performance
Improve product rankings and reviews

Ecommerce Platforms

Manage listings on Flipkart and Meesho
Upload products and update catalogues
Coordinate inventory updates
Monitor marketplace performance

Content & Creative Coordination

Coordinate product photoshoots and video shoots
Work with AI-generated content where appropriate
Create simple creatives using Canva
Edit short-form videos (basic level)
Coordinate influencer collaborations

Reporting

Prepare weekly reports

Required Skills

Candidates should have hands-on experience with most of the following:

Instagram Business
Facebook Business Manager
Meta Ads Manager
Amazon Seller Central
Amazon Advertising
Canva
CapCut or InShot
Basic Photoshop (preferred)
Excel / Google Sheets
ChatGPT and AI tools for content creation

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Commerce, Management or related field
1–3 years of relevant experience
Experience with a D2C brand,
Skincare, beauty, FMCG or ecommerce company is preferred, no necessary

We Are Looking For Someone Who

Enthusiatic and Go getter.
Is creative, proactive and willing to experiment
Has personally managed Instagram pages
Has run Meta Ads using their own Ads Manager account or for a company
Understands how Instagram and Facebook algorithms work
Knows Amazon advertising and listing optimisation
Can analyse campaign performance and suggest improvements
Takes ownership and works independently

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
