Foundry Sales Executive

About Us
We are a fast-growing metal recycling and raw material supply company specializing in supplying high-quality ferrous scrap to foundries across India. We are looking for an energetic and experienced Foundry Sales Executive to expand our customer base and build long-term relationships with foundries.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and manage relationships with foundries across assigned territories.
* Generate new business opportunities and onboard new foundry customers.
* Understand customers' raw material requirements and recommend suitable scrap grades.
* Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
* Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and close sales orders.
* Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and operations teams to ensure timely deliveries.
* Regularly visit foundries to strengthen relationships and identify additional business opportunities.
* Monitor market trends, competitor pricing, and customer demand.
* Ensure timely collection of payments and maintain healthy customer accounts.
* Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities using CRM tools.
Candidate Requirements:
* 3–8 years of experience in foundry sales, steel raw materials, ferro alloys, or metal recycling.
* Strong network within foundries, casting manufacturers, or engineering industries.
* Good understanding of foundry scrap grades such as CRCA, Busheling, Punching, Borings, Plate Cutting, HMS, Cast Iron Scrap, and other ferrous raw materials.
* Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills.
* Self-driven with the ability to work independently.
* Willingness to travel extensively.
* Valid driving licence preferred.
Preferred Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Commerce, or Business.
* Experience in scrap trading, steel, metal recycling, or foundry industries will be preferred.
