Responsibilities

Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders.
Translate requirements into functional specifications for development teams.
Collaborate with product managers and developers to refine user stories and acceptance criteria.
Conduct gap analysis and propose solutions aligned with business goals.
Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and ensure deliverables meet quality standards.
Act as liaison between clients and technical teams to ensure clear communication.
Create BRDs (Business Requirement Documents), FRDs (Functional Requirement Documents), Prototypes, and process flows.
Develop test cases and assist in system integration testing.
Work closely with Dev, QA teams to validate solutions against client expectations.
Provide ongoing support for change requests and enhancements.

Requirements

Masters in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
3–5 years’ experience as a BA in software/product development.
Strong knowledge of SDLC, Agile methodologies, and Jira/Confluence.
Excellent communication and analytical skills.
Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and BI tools (Power BI/Tableau).
Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
Strong documentation and presentation skills.
Experience with tools like AI studio, , Figma, MS Visio, Lucidchart, and project management platforms.
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and prioritize requirements.

Pay: ₹257,058.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
