Full job description

Role Overview

The Full Stack Developer will be responsible for developing scalable web applications, REST APIs, dashboards, enterprise applications, and cloud-based software solutions. The candidate should be capable of working independently as well as within Agile development teams.

The ideal candidate must have experience in both frontend and backend development, database design, API integrations, and AI-assisted software development.

Mandatory Experience

3–5 years of experience in Full Stack Web Development.
Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience using AI coding assistants such as Cursor AI, GitHub Copilot, and Google Gemini.
Proven experience delivering custom software development projects.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

Backend Skills (Mandatory)

Strong experience with:

Node.js
Python
SQL
MongoDB
PostgreSQL
REST API Development
API Authentication (JWT/OAuth)
Database Design & Optimization
ORM frameworks (Prisma, Sequelize, TypeORM, etc.)
Third-party API integrations

Frontend Skills (Mandatory)

Tailwind CSS / Bootstrap
Responsive UI Development
