About the Role: Are you a budding wordsmith with a passion for digital trends and a keen eye for engaging content? Do you live and breathe social media and dream in hashtags? BIG Socials is looking for an enthusiastic and driven Content Marketing Intern to join our vibrant team in Kochi! This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or a current student eager to gain hands-on experience in the fast-paced world of content marketing within an agency setting.

You'll work closely with our marketing team to conceptualize, create, and optimize content across various digital platforms, contributing directly to our clients' success and our agency's growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Content Creation: Assist in writing and editing engaging content for various platforms, including blog posts, social media captions, website copy, email newsletters, and marketing materials.
Content Research: Conduct thorough research on industry trends, competitor activities, and target audience interests to generate fresh and relevant content ideas.
Social Media Management: Support the scheduling and posting of content across different social media channels (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter), ensuring consistent brand voice and messaging.
Community Engagement: Monitor social media conversations, respond to comments, and actively engage with online communities.
Brainstorming & Strategy: Participate in team brainstorming sessions to develop creative content strategies and campaigns.

What We're Looking For:

Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, English, or a related field.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Malayalam (proficiency in English is a plus).
A strong passion for content creation, digital marketing, and social media.
Basic understanding of social media platforms and their best practices.
Creative mindset with the ability to generate fresh and innovative ideas.
Proactive, self-motivated, and a team player with a positive attitude.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
