Position Overview
We are looking for an experienced Maintenance Technician cum Site Supervisor who can independently perform elevator maintenance while supervising installation and maintenance activities across project sites.
The ideal candidate should possess strong technical knowledge of elevators, excellent troubleshooting skills, and the ability to manage technicians, subcontractors, and customer expectations.
Key ResponsibilitiesElevator Maintenance
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of elevators and escalators.
- Diagnose and rectify mechanical and electrical faults.
- Attend emergency breakdown calls.
- Ensure minimum downtime of elevators.
- Maintain detailed service reports after every visit.
- Conduct safety inspections and ensure compliance with company standards.
Site Supervision
- Supervise elevator installation and modernization works.
- Coordinate daily activities with installation teams and subcontractors.
- Monitor work quality and adherence to project schedules.
- Ensure proper usage of tools, equipment, and safety gear.
- Verify installation quality before testing and commissioning.
- Report daily site progress to management.
Customer Coordination
- Communicate professionally with clients during maintenance and project execution.
- Resolve customer concerns efficiently.
- Schedule maintenance visits with customers.
- Provide technical guidance whenever required.
Documentation
- Prepare service reports.
- Maintain maintenance schedules.
- Record spare parts usage.
- Submit daily work reports.
- Assist in preparing commissioning checklists.
Required Qualifications
- ITI / Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical or related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in elevator maintenance and installation.
- Experience with passenger, freight, hospital and home lifts.
- Ability to independently troubleshoot elevator faults.
- Experience supervising technicians is preferred.
- Valid Two-Wheeler Driving Licence.
- Willingness to travel across Kerala.
Technical Knowledge
Candidates with experience in one or more of the following will be preferred:

- Door Operators
- Safety Circuits
