Marketing Intern – Content & Creative Strategy

About the Role

We are looking for a Marketing Intern – Content & Creative Strategy with strong creative instincts and an eye for high-quality content.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys generating creative ideas, developing content strategies, conceptualizing advertising campaigns, and working closely with creative teams to bring ideas to life. You will be involved throughout the creative process—from concept development to overseeing execution.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in developing content strategies for digital marketing campaigns.
Brainstorm creative concepts for social media, product launches, festive campaigns, and brand promotions.
Support advertising strategy by developing campaign concepts, messaging, and creative ideas.
Work with designers, photographers, videographers, and content creators to ensure high-quality execution.
Prepare creative briefs and coordinate campaign deliverables.
Research market trends, competitor activities, and consumer behavior to generate fresh ideas.
Review creative content and provide suggestions to improve quality and engagement.
Support campaign planning, execution, and performance reviews.
Stay updated with the latest trends in content marketing, advertising, AI tools, and digital media.

Requirements

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Mass Communication, Media, Business, Design, or a related field.
Strong passion for content creation, advertising, and creative marketing.
Excellent creative thinking and storytelling skills.
A keen eye for good content, design, and visual communication.
Good communication and presentation skills.
Familiarity with Canva, PowerPoint, Google Slides, or Adobe Creative Suite is an advantage.
Ability to work in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.
