What we want:
We are looking for an Ad Operations Specialist to support campaign management, publisher operations, and programmatic advertising across multiple advertising platforms. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience managing digital advertising campaigns, publisher monetization, and AdTech platforms, while collaborating with Product, Business, and Engineering teams. This role offers an opportunity to work on internal product, our proprietary Ad Exchange platform, supporting CPC,CPM, campaign operations, partner onboarding, platform optimization, and revenue growth initiatives.

What you will do:
- Manage and optimize digital advertising campaigns across various platforms.
•Monitor campaign delivery, impressions, clicks, revenue, and pacing.
•Manage publisher onboarding and monetization activities.
•Configure and support SSP, DSP, RTB, and XML integrations.
•Monitor platform health, traffic quality, and partner performance.
•Troubleshoot campaign delivery and monetization issues.
•Coordinate with Product, Business, QA and Engineering teams for issue resolution.
•Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.
•Identify revenue optimization opportunities and operational improvements.
•Support platform configuration, partner setup, and campaign execution.
•1-2 years of experience in Ad Operations, Campaign Management, or Programmatic Advertising.Hands-on experience with one or more of the following: •Google Ad Manager (GAM), Google AdSense, Meta Audience Network, DV360.Good understanding of Programmatic Advertising, RTB Ecosystem, SSP & DSP, Publisher Monetization, Campaign Delivery, CPM, CPC, CTR, Fill Rate, eCPM.
•Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
•Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
•Advanced Excel/Google Sheets knowledge.
