Are you passionate about building innovative geospatial solutions and leveraging the latest GIS technologies? We're looking for an experienced GIS Developer to join our growing GIS team and play a key role in delivering cutting-edge spatial solutions across major infrastructure and construction projects.
As part of our GIS delivery team, you'll collaborate with industry-leading professionals, clients, and partners to develop and maintain enterprise GIS platforms that support some of the region's most significant projects.
What You'll Do
- Design, develop, and maintain enterprise GIS solutions.
- Administer and support Enterprise ArcGIS environments.
- Develop applications and workflows using Esri technologies and VertiGIS products.
- Build ETL processes using FME and other GIS platforms.
- Create scripts and customizations using Python and JavaScript.
- Implement quality assurance processes, testing strategies, and code maintenance practices.
- Troubleshoot, support, and optimize existing GIS applications and services.
- Collaborate with GIS specialists, project teams, and business stakeholders to deliver successful outcomes.
What We're Looking For
- Degree in GIS, Remote Sensing, Geomatics, Surveying, Applied Geography, or a related discipline.
Essential Skills & Experience
- Experience administering Enterprise ArcGIS environments.
- Strong expertise in:
- ArcGIS Pro
- ArcGIS Server
- Portal for ArcGIS
- FME
- Esri JavaScript API 4.x
- VertiGIS products
- Advanced programming skills in Python and JavaScript.
- Experience developing GIS solutions, ETL workflows, and spatial applications.
- Knowledge of Agile development methodologies and modern DevOps practices.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Experience with testing, debugging, automation, and maintaining high-quality code.
Desirable
- Experience with Geocortex and VertiGIS Studio.
- Knowledge of OpenLayers, HTML5, CSS, XML, JSON, and SQL.
