Job Summary:
The Project Coordinator will support the planning and execution of Pre-Engineered Building (PEB) projects by coordinating between design, procurement, production, and site teams. The role ensures smooth workflow, timely delivery of materials, and adherence to project schedules.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with Design, Engineering, Procurement, Production, and Site Execution teams
- Track project timelines, milestones, and deliverables
- Monitor fabrication, dispatch, and erection schedules of PEB structures
- Ensure timely availability of drawings and materials at project sites
- Follow up with vendors and suppliers for material readiness
- Maintain project documentation (drawings, BOQs, MOMs, reports)
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports
- Support project managers in planning and execution activities
- Identify potential delays/risks and escalate proactively
- Coordinate with clients for updates, approvals, and clarifications
- Assist in billing, invoicing, and basic cost tracking
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil / Mechanical Engineering
- 2–10 years of experience in PEB / Steel Structures / Construction projects
- Understanding of PEB components (primary steel, secondary members, cladding, accessories)
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Willingness to travel to the project sites

- Reduction in project delays due to coordination issues
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
