No. of Vacancies: 3

Project/Site Location: Telangana, Gujarat & Assam

Salary range: 50000 – Rs. 55000 per month CTC

Experience: 7 – 8 years

Job Profile:

Knowledge in Basis Gas engine
Capable in troubleshoot in electronics & mechanical system.
Familiar with valveless setting, Valve recession and Compression testing of Engine.
Knowledge about whole air system, fuel system, starting system, oil system, exhaust system and water system.
Knowledge about all type of sensor and their working system
Should be read engine schematic diagram
Should be programmer engine ECM Operating (Electronic Control Module)
Familiar with Engine overhauling
Inspects tests, adjusts, and repairs electric, electronic, mechanical, and pneumatic instruments and systems used in Gas Compressor and Processing plants Inspects meters, indicators, and gauges to detect abnormal fluctuations.
Tests accuracy of flow meters, pressure gauges, temperature indicators, controllers, Transmitters, Gas detectors, and other recording, indicating or controlling instruments to locate defective components in system, using test equipment, such as pressure gauges, mercury manometers, potentionmeters, pulse and signal generators, oscilloscopes, transistor curve tracers, and ammeters, voltmeters, and wattmeters.
Removes defective instruments from system, decontaminates, disassembles, and cleans instruments, and replaces defective parts, using hand tools.
Reassembles instruments and replaces instruments in system, using hand tools.
Lubricates instruments and replaces defective wiring and tubing.
Calibrate readings on instruments according to standards and adjusts phasing and aligns stages to ensure accuracy of recording and indicating function.
Records calibrations made, parts and components used, and inventory of parts on hand.
Prepares schematic drawings, sketches, and reports to reflect changes or alterations made in instruments, circuits, and systems.
Familiar with PLC operations
