Operations Coordinator

Enovexa Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is a growing technology and digital solutions company providing services in digital marketing, software development, website development, branding, graphic design, video production, and business solutions.

We are looking for an experienced Operations Coordinator who can take ownership of project coordination, internal operations, team follow-ups, client communication, and timely project delivery.

Experience : Minimum 5 Years

Location : Kochi, Kerala

Role Overview

The Project & Operations Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating multiple projects, managing internal teams, tracking deliverables, ensuring deadlines are met, and maintaining smooth communication between clients, management, and execution teams.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate and monitor multiple client projects from initiation to completion.
Create project timelines, task assignments, and delivery schedules.
Coordinate with graphic designers, digital marketing teams, developers, video editors, and other internal teams.
Allocate tasks and follow up with team members to ensure timely completion.
Monitor daily project progress and identify delays or operational issues.
Maintain project trackers, task sheets, reports, and documentation.
Coordinate with clients regarding project requirements, feedback, approvals, and deliverables.
Ensure client requirements are clearly communicated to the respective teams.
Track revisions, pending approvals, and outstanding client requirements.
Conduct regular project follow-ups and provide status updates to management.
Ensure projects are delivered within agreed timelines and quality standards.
Identify operational bottlenecks and recommend practical solutions.
Support management in improving internal workflows and operational processes.
Coordinate meetings and maintain proper action points and follow-ups.
Monitor team productivity and project performance.
Coordinate with the sales team for proper project handover after client confirmation.
Ensure smooth transition of projects from sales to execution.
Maintain client-wise project records and delivery history.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly project and operations reports.
Handle escalations and coordinate with relevant teams for quick resolution.
Ensure company processes, policies, and reporting systems are followed.
Support management in implementing new processes, tools, and operational strategies.

Required Skills

Minimum 5 years of experience in project coordination, operations, project management, or a similar role.
Strong project management and coordination skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong leadership and team coordination abilities.
Excellent follow-up and deadline management skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Good understanding of workflow and operational processes.
Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, Google Workspace, and project management tools.
Strong documentation and reporting skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
Client-handling and relationship-management skills.
