Job Overview
KPMG (Our Client) is looking for skilled Finance & Accounts professionals with strong experience in financial planning, auditing, and finance operations. The ideal candidate should have sound accounting and financial knowledge, excellent analytical abilities, and strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle day-to-day Finance & Accounting operations and ensure accuracy in financial records.
- Support Financial Planning, Budgeting, Forecasting, and Analysis activities.
- Assist in preparing financial reports, MIS reports, and management dashboards.
- Perform financial analysis and provide relevant insights to support business decisions.
- Assist with internal and external audit requirements and provide necessary documentation.
- Review financial data, identify discrepancies, and ensure timely resolution.
- Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Prepare and maintain financial schedules, reconciliations, and supporting documents.
- Coordinate with internal teams for finance-related requirements and reporting.
- Ensure compliance with applicable accounting policies, processes, and internal controls.
- Identify opportunities to improve finance processes through automation and technology.
- Maintain confidentiality and accuracy of financial information.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of relevant experience in Finance & Accounts.
- Strong knowledge of Financial Planning, Auditing, and Finance Operations.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills are mandatory.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as within a team.
Preferred Qualification
- CA qualification / CA Inter will be an added advantage but is not mandatory.
- Knowledge of AI tools, automation tools, or finance-related technology will be an added advantage.
- Experience with ERP/accounting software will be preferred.
