Job Description – HR RecruiterJob Summary

BEST MONEY GOLD JEWELLERY PVT LTD is seeking a dynamic, proactive, and result-oriented HR Recruiter to manage the end-to-end recruitment process. The ideal candidate will be responsible for attracting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding talented professionals while ensuring a seamless recruitment experience and meeting the organization's hiring objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, from manpower requisition to candidate onboarding.
Source potential candidates through job portals, social media platforms, employee referrals, campus drives, and other recruitment channels.
Screen resumes and conduct preliminary HR interviews to evaluate candidate suitability.
Coordinate interview schedules with department heads and hiring managers.
Maintain regular follow-ups with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Prepare offer letters and assist in the onboarding and joining formalities.
Maintain and update recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and hiring records.
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring requirements.
Ensure recruitment activities comply with company policies, procedures, and timelines.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly recruitment reports and hiring MIS.
Participate in employer branding and recruitment events to attract quality talent.

Required Qualifications

Master's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
6 Months to 2 Years of experience in Recruitment or Talent Acquisition.
Freshers with excellent communication and interpersonal skills are encouraged to apply.
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Tamil.
Hands-on experience with job portals, social media recruitment, and candidate sourcing.
Basic knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) will be an added advantage.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time management skills.

Preferred Skills

Experience in IT and Non-IT recruitment.
Strong negotiation, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a target-driven and fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of HR policies, recruitment processes, and labor laws is an added advantage.
