Job Title: Client Relations Executive Assistant (Front Desk)

Location: Pachakuth Tattoo & Piercing Studio, M G Road , Kochi, Kerala

Salary: ₹15,000 per month

Working Hours: 10:30 AM – 7:30 PM

Working Days: 6 days a week (1 rotational weekly off)

About us :-

Pachakuth Tattoo & Piercing Studio is a premium body art studio dedicated to providing exceptional tattooing and piercing experiences in a safe, hygienic, and creative environment.

About the Role:-

We are looking for a friendly, energetic, and customer-focused Client Relations Executive Assistant to support our Client Relations Manager and ensure a seamless experience for our clients visiting the studio.

This is an excellent opportunity for a fresher or an entry-level professional who enjoys interacting with people, has strong communication skills, and can manage front desk operations in a creative and dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:-

Welcome and assist clients visiting the studio in a warm and professional manner.
Support the Client Relations Manager in handling daily studio operations.
Respond to client enquiries through phone calls, WhatsApp, Instagram, and other communication channels.
Assist in scheduling and managing tattoo and piercing appointments.
Coordinate with artists and piercers to ensure smooth appointment flow.
Handle client follow-ups, appointment reminders, and basic customer support.
Assist with payment collection and maintain accurate transaction records.
Maintain client records and update appointment schedules.
Ensure the reception and waiting area remain organized and presentable.
Act as a point of contact when the Client Relations Manager is unavailable or on leave.
Support administrative and operational tasks as assigned.
Manage inventory of tattoo and piercing supplies, ensuring adequate stock levels and accurate inventory records at all times.

Requirements

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Malayalam and English.
Pleasant personality with strong interpersonal skills.
Well-groomed, presentable, and professional appearance.
Comfortable interacting with clients from diverse backgrounds.
Basic computer skills and familiarity with WhatsApp, Instagram, email, and Google applications.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Freshers are welcome to apply.

Preferred Qualifications

Previous experience in customer service, front desk, hospitality, retail, salon, wellness, or clinic environments is an advantage but not mandatory.
Interest in the tattoo, piercing, fashion, beauty, or creative industries is a plus.
