Job Summary
We are looking for a Clinical Informaticist (MBBS/MD) to bridge the gap between clinical practice and technology. In this role, you will collaborate with product managers, software engineers, AI engineers, and healthcare professionals to develop clinically accurate, evidence-based healthcare solutions.
The ideal candidate should have strong clinical knowledge, excellent analytical skills, and an interest in healthcare innovation, clinical informatics, and digital health.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and review evidence-based clinical workflows, protocols, and care pathways.
- Translate clinical guidelines into structured clinical logic for digital healthcare applications.
- Validate clinical content to ensure medical accuracy, patient safety, and regulatory compliance.
- Collaborate with engineering and product teams throughout the product development lifecycle.
- Review and improve clinical documentation, questionnaires, and medical decision-support content.
- Identify potential clinical risks and recommend improvements.
- Participate in clinical testing, quality assurance, and validation activities.
- Stay updated with current medical guidelines, standards, and best practices.
- Provide clinical expertise during product design, implementation, and continuous improvement.
Required Qualifications
- MBBS from an NMC-recognized medical college.
- MD/MS/DNB is preferred but not mandatory.
- Minimum 3–5 years of clinical experience.
- Strong understanding of evidence-based medicine and clinical decision-making.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and documentation skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary remote team.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in Clinical Informatics, Digital Health, HealthTech, Telemedicine, or Healthcare IT.
- Familiarity with Clinical Decision Support Systems (CDSS).
- Understanding of Electronic Health Records (EHR/EMR).
- Knowledge of healthcare interoperability standards such as HL7 and FHIR is an advantage.
- Familiarity with AI applications in healthcare is preferred.
- Experience working with multidisciplinary product or technology teams is a plus.
