Job Purpose
Senior CV Sourcing Specialist to drive proactive talent pipelining across Technology and Corporate functions . The role requires strong expertise in search strategies, market mapping, and stakeholder alignment , with a preference for individuals from search firms/consulting environments who are adept at hiring for niche and leadership pipelines.
Key Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
1. Talent Sourcing & Pipeline Creation
Build robust, high-quality talent pipelines for Tech (IT, Digital, Engineering) and Corporate roles (Finance, HR, Strategy, Procurement, etc.); extend support to other areas for key roles as needed.
Drive end-to-end sourcing lifecycle : market research talent identification engagement shortlisting
Ensure ready-to-convert pipelines aligned to business demand plans
2. Market Mapping & Insights
Conduct deep market intelligence : competitor mapping, talent availability, compensation benchmarks
Present data-backed insights to TA Partners/Hiring Managers to influence hiring strategy
Identify passive talent pools and create long-term engagement pipelines
3. Stakeholder Collaboration
Partner closely with TA Partners and Hiring Managers for requirement clarity and sourcing prioritization
Operate in a dual reporting model with strong alignment to business-aligned TA teams
Provide regular updates on pipeline health, conversion ratios, and challenges
4. Channel Optimization
Leverage multi-channel sourcing strategies : LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, events, talent communities
Drive innovative sourcing approaches (X-ray search, talent communities, competitor hiring trends)
Maximize ROI on sourcing channels
5. Data & Compliance
Maintain accurate candidate data in ATS (SuccessFactors or equivalent) ensuring audit readiness
Track and report:
Pipeline conversion rates
Profile aging
Source effectiveness
Ensure compliance with hiring processes and documentation standards
Key Deliverables / KPIs
Pipeline readiness for critical roles (Tech & Corporate)
Submission-to-interview and interview-to-offer ratios
Time-to-source / TAT adherence
Channel-wise productivity and ROI
Data accuracy and ATS compliance
Experience Required
4–7 years of experience in sourcing/research , preferably from a search firm/executive search background
Strong exposure to Tech hiring + Corporate functions
Proven capability in market mapping and passive talent engagement
Hands-on experience with LinkedIn sourcing tools and Boolean search techniques
High degree of data orientation and structured problem solving
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
MBA (HR ) or equivalent with relevant graduation degree in Management or Engineering.
