About this Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and collaborative Talent Acquisition Operations Specialist to support International Resourcing within HR Services. The role focuses on ensuring smooth execution of recruitment operations, including documentation, interview coordination, compliance, and system updates, while partnering with resourcing business partners, hiring teams, and candidates to deliver an efficient and positive experience.

What you’ll do

Create and manage Letters of Intent/Acceptance (LOI/LOA) with accuracy and timeliness
Support Resourcing Business Partners by managing transactional activities across the hiring lifecycle
Facilitate internal hiring processes while ensuring adherence to compliance standards and EXX guidelines
Provide vetting operations support and coordinate closely with local market vetting partners
Coordinate interview scheduling, including availability alignment and communication with stakeholders
Work closely with the wider resourcing team, hiring managers, and internal/external candidates
Ensure interview schedules, documentation, and communication materials are prepared and shared effectively
Update SuccessFactors (SSF) accurately at each stage of the recruitment process
Deliver resourcing services in line with agreed service level agreements (SLAs)

Who you are

Experienced in resourcing or HR administration processes
A strong communicator, able to engage effectively with recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates
Well-organised, with excellent attention to detail and planning skills
A proactive problem-solver with the ability to think both creatively and practically
Comfortable working in a dynamic environment; familiarity with agile ways of working is beneficial
