Full job description

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented HR Recruiter to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring the organization attracts and hires the best talent.

Roles & Responsibilities

Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels.
Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
Conduct telephonic and initial HR interviews to assess candidate suitability.
Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment and onboarding process.
Maintain candidate databases and update recruitment trackers regularly.
Post job openings on various recruitment platforms such as Indeed, Naukri, LinkedIn, and other job portals.
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
Negotiate salary and communicate job offers to selected candidates.
Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Meet monthly hiring targets and recruitment timelines.
Prepare recruitment reports and maintain accurate hiring records.
Coordinate with different departments to understand manpower requirement Required Skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong interpersonal and negotiation abilities.
Good knowledge of recruitment processes and job portals.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)..
