ABOUT THE ROLE

Alltex Exim is a 15-year-old textile import-export house based in Surat. We export to 13+ markets, operate offices in Egypt and Bangladesh, and are one of the largest importers of polyester yarn in India. We are now investing in modernising our systems, people, and operations as we move into our next phase of growth.

We are hiring an HR Executive to work directly with our HR Manager and help build the people function from the ground up. This is a hands-on, cross-functional role covering recruitment, HR operations, vendor management, and office administration. It is the kind of role that compresses two to three years of typical early-career learning into your first year, in exchange for the willingness to work across a wide variety of work. WHY THIS ROLE?

Direct working relationship with our HR Manager from day one. No layers, no shadowing.
Build with us, not around us. You will partner with the HR Manager on KPI design, policy creation, digitisation, tech recruitment, and employer branding — strategic work most junior HR roles never touch.
Full HR lifecycle exposure in a single role: recruitment, onboarding, operations, vendors, and engagement.
Joining at the start of the build — your fingerprints on the systems, policies, and brand we put in place.
Strong mentorship and a clear path to Senior HR Executive within 18 to 24 months for strong performers. WHAT YOU'LL OWN

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

Source candidates across platforms for both IT and non-IT roles, including tech recruitment for our digital and systems hires.
Support employer branding work: company presence on LinkedIn, Glassdoor, AmbitionBox, and other channels, to position Alltex as a destination employer in Surat and beyond.

Strategy & Build Work (with the HR Manager)

Support the design and rollout of KPI frameworks across functions, including data collection, tracking, and quarterly review cycles.
Partner on policy design and documentation: leave, attendance, travel, expense, code of conduct, POSH, and other core HR policies.
Help digitise the company — HRMS implementation, employee data migration, attendance and leave automation, document management, and HR analytics dashboards.
Contribute to building the Alltex employer brand internally and externally, including job posts, social media presence, and candidate experience design.

HR Operations & Onboarding

Run smooth onboarding for new joiners: documentation, induction, asset assignment, system access.
Maintain employee records, attendance, leave, and payroll inputs in the HRMS.
Support engagement activities, festivals, birthdays, and team events.

Vendor Management & Office Administration

Manage vendor relationships across housekeeping, office supplies, IT, AMC, travel, and operational services.
Own day-to-day office administration: supplies, facilities, visitor coordination, travel logistics.
Coordinate with the accounts team on vendor invoices and payment cycles. WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR
1 to 2 years of experience. Freshers with relevant internships or strong academics are welcome.
Degree in HR, BBA, B.Com, MBA (HR), or any business-oriented field.
Strong communication in English and Hindi. Gujarati is a plus.
A service mindset and reliability. People can count on you to follow through without reminders.
Curiosity to learn and willingness to take initiative.
Comfort with Surat as a living location for at least the next two to three years.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
