Job Description – Public Relations (PR)

Experience: 2–5 Years

Location: Chhatarpur, South Delhi
Employment Type: Full-Time

About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and creative Public Relations Executive to build and maintain a positive brand image for the organization. The ideal candidate should possess excellent writing and communication skills, have experience in media relations, social media management, content creation, and be capable of developing effective communication strategies to enhance brand visibility and reputation.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement PR and communication strategies aligned with business objectives.
Build and maintain strong relationships with media houses, journalists, influencers, and industry stakeholders.
Draft and distribute press releases, media advisories, newsletters, speeches, and official statements.
Create compelling content for websites, blogs, newsletters, brochures, and corporate communications.
Manage and oversee the organization's social media platforms, ensuring consistent brand messaging.
Plan and execute PR campaigns, product launches, corporate events, CSR initiatives, and media interactions.
Monitor media coverage and prepare media monitoring reports.
Coordinate interviews, press conferences, and public appearances for company representatives.
Handle crisis communication and reputation management whenever required.
Collaborate with internal departments to gather information for communication materials.
Ensure all communication aligns with the organization's brand guidelines.
Track campaign performance and prepare PR effectiveness reports using relevant metrics.
Stay updated with industry trends, media landscape, and emerging communication channels.

Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Mass Communication, Journalism, English, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

2–5 years of relevant experience in Public Relations, Corporate Communications, Branding, or Digital Communications.
