Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic HR Intern to support our recruitment and HR operations. This internship offers hands-on experience in talent acquisition, candidate engagement, and day-to-day HR activities while providing an excellent opportunity to build a career in Human Resources.

Key Responsibilities

Source candidates through job portals and social media platforms.
Screen resumes based on job requirements.
Contact candidates and schedule interviews.
Coordinate with hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.
Maintain candidate records and update recruitment trackers.
Follow up with candidates regarding interview status and joining.
Assist in onboarding and documentation of new hires.
Support daily HR administrative and operational tasks.

Eligibility Criteria

Pursuing or completed a Bachelor's degree (Any Specialization).
Freshers are welcome to apply.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and Google Workspace.
Willingness to learn and grow in Human Resources.

Preferred Skills

Good interpersonal and communication skills.
Strong organisational and time management abilities.
Positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Basic understanding of recruitment processes is an added advantage.
