Job Title: Videographer & Video Editor

Location: Chennai
Job Type: Full-Time

Job Overview

We are looking for a creative and skilled Videographer & Video Editor to join our media team. The ideal candidate should have strong storytelling abilities, technical expertise in shooting and editing, and a deep understanding of short-form, viral content creation.

Key ResponsibilitiesVideography / Cinematography

Capture high-quality videos, including spontaneous reels and cinematic montage shots
Plan and execute shoots with a strong cinematic visual approach
Handle outdoor shoots and adapt to different shooting environments
Collaborate closely with the production team during shoots
Ensure proper lighting, framing, and camera movement for engaging content

Video Editing

Edit videos for short-form content (Reels, Instagram, YouTube Shorts)
Perform professional color correction and color grading
Create viral, trend-oriented content with strong audience engagement
Add music, transitions, effects, and storytelling elements creatively
Stay updated with latest social media trends and editing styles

Additional Responsibilities

Assist in post-production workflows
Contribute ideas for content creation and storytelling
Work as part of a collaborative creative team

Requirements

Proven experience as a Videographer / Video Editor
Strong knowledge of editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, etc.)
Good understanding of color correction & grading
Ability to create engaging and viral content
Creative mindset with attention to detail
Good communication and teamwork skills
Willingness to travel for outdoor shoots

Preferred Skills

Experience in social media content creation
Knowledge of current trends (Instagram Reels / YouTube Shorts)
Basic motion graphics skills
