Full job description

Job Title: Junior .NET Developer

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Junior .NET Developer with 6 months to 1 year of experience to join our development team. The ideal candidate should have a basic understanding of .NET technologies and be willing to learn, develop, and contribute to real-world software applications.

Responsibilities

Develop, maintain, and enhance applications using .NET technologies.
Write clean, efficient, and maintainable C# code.
Work with ASP.NET Core / .NET Framework to build web applications and APIs.
Assist in designing, coding, testing, and debugging software applications.
Develop and consume RESTful APIs.
Work with databases such as SQL Server and write basic SQL queries.
Troubleshoot application issues and fix bugs.
Collaborate with senior developers, testers, and business teams.
Participate in code reviews and follow development best practices.
Continuously learn new technologies and improve technical skills.

Required Skills

6 months to 1 year of experience in C# and .NET development.
Basic knowledge of .NET Core / .NET 6.
Understanding of ASP.NET Core MVC and Web API.
Knowledge of Entity Framework Core is preferred.
Basic understanding of SQL Server, database concepts, and queries.
Familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and front-end concepts.
Understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP) concepts.
Good problem-solving and debugging skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Preferred Skills

Experience with Git or other version control systems.
Knowledge of LINQ and dependency injection.
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development practices.
Exposure to cloud platforms such as Azure is an advantage.

Qualification

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Candidates with relevant internship or project experience are encouraged to apply.
