Open and close the office as per office timings.
Maintain cleanliness of the office premises, workstations, meeting rooms, pantry, and reception area.
Serve tea, coffee, water, and refreshments to employees, clients, and visitors.
Assist in arranging meeting rooms for internal and external meetings.
Handle photocopying, scanning, printing, filing, and document organization.
Deliver documents, parcels, and courier items within or outside the office as required.
Purchase office supplies, pantry items, and other materials as instructed.
Monitor and replenish pantry, stationery, and housekeeping supplies.
Assist in loading, unloading, and arranging office materials when required.
Support the HR and Administration team with routine office tasks.
Ensure office equipment and common areas are maintained in a clean and orderly condition.
Perform any other office support duties assigned by the management.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
