Full job description

Designation: IT Support

Job Responsibilities

1. Manage and maintain IT infrastructure, including desktops, laptops, printers, servers, and network devices.

2. Provide Level 1 and Level 2 technical support for hardware, software, operating systems, and network-related issues.

3. Install, configure, troubleshoot, and maintain Windows operating systems and business applications.

4. Administer and monitor Sophos Firewall, including firewall policies, web filtering, VPN, NAT configuration, and security rules.

5. Monitor internet connectivity, leased line performance, bandwidth utilization, and overall network uptime.

6. Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls in Active Directory and Microsoft 365 environments.

7. Configure and support network devices, including switches, Wi-Fi access points, and IP camera/NVR systems.

8. Perform preventive maintenance, system updates, antivirus management, and patch deployment activities.

9. Monitor server health, storage capacity, backups, and system logs to ensure smooth operations.

10. Maintain IT asset inventory, asset handover records, warranty details, and equipment documentation.

11. Coordinate with vendors for IT procurement, AMC services, warranty claims, and hardware repairs.

12. Prepare and maintain IT documentation, SOPs, technical reports, and user guides.

13. Ensure compliance with IT security policies, endpoint protection standards, and data protection requirements.

14. Provide remote and on-site user support, ensuring timely resolution of incidents within SLA.

15. Identify opportunities and assist in implementing infrastructure improvements to enhance system performance and reliability.

16. Any other duties and responsibilities assigned by management from time to time.

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
