We are expanding our core real estate advisory team in Kolkata, specializing in high-ticket residential land transactions. We are seeking 5 ambitious, self-driven individuals to join our advisory operations and handle end-to-end client relationships and site tours.

Whether you are a fresher looking to build a high-value CV or an experienced sales professional looking to break past corporate salary ceilings, this role offers direct exposure to high-value deal-making.

What The Role Offers:

For Freshers (Accelerated Career Growth): Skip years of entry-level desk routine. Gain hands-on experience negotiating with high-net-worth buyers, conducting site tours, and mastering high-ticket sales early in your career.

For Experienced Professionals (High Earning Potential & Recognition): Structure your efforts around high-value closures to achieve an income level and closing record that establishes your financial standing and reputation among industry peers.

Key Responsibilities:

Engage prospective land buyers, evaluate their investment criteria, and present matching plot options.
Organize, coordinate, and lead property site visits across prime growth corridors in Kolkata.
Address client queries regarding property dimensions, basic paperwork, and project features with full support from the agency.
Maintain active daily client outreach and follow-ups with minimal micromanagement.

Candidate Profile & Requirements:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (B.Com, BBA, or BA preferred).
Experience: 0 to 2 years in Direct Sales, Business Development, Banking, Insurance, or Client Relations (Energetic freshers with strong communication are encouraged to apply).
Language: Fluency in Bengali and Hindi is required.
Mobility: Optionally own a 2-wheeler for client site visits across Newtown, Salt Lake, and South Kolkata locations.
Attributes: Strong interpersonal skills, professional demeanor, self-motivation, and target focus.

Supplemental Pay Details

Target monthly earnings range from ₹25,000 to ₹50,000+ per month based on closure milestones.
