About the Role

RuchiAnswers is looking for a creative and execution-focused Brand & Content Marketing Manager. In this role, you will bridge the gap between creative storytelling and performance marketing.

You will own our content strategy across Instagram and YouTube, lead performance marketing creatives for Meta Ads, build multi-touch WhatsApp engagement strategies.

Your core focus is ideation, structuring video scripts, copywriting, coordination, and managing the visual production associates.

Key Responsibilities

1. Social Media Strategy & Production Pipeline

Instagram Strategy: Ideate, structure, and outline posts (mix of Reels and Carousels) with scroll-stopping hooks, key takeaways, and strong CTAs.
YouTube & Podcasts: Ideate long-form video concepts, producing structured outlines, interview angles, and title/thumbnail frameworks.
Team Coordination: Translate ideas into clear briefs for video editors and graphic designers. Quality check all deliverables for flawless text overlays, audio sync, and visual alignment.

2. Funnel & Performance Marketing Execution

Meta Ads: Conceptualize high-performing ad angles, draft compelling ad copy, and brief the editing team on performance-driven video creatives.
WhatsApp Marketing (AISensy): Manage broadcast campaigns, automated user journeys, webinar notification flows, and customer retention sequences via AISensy.
Webinar Coordination: Work on the campaign journey for live/automated webinars — ideating registration angles, reminder messaging, and follow-up sequences.

3. Copywriting & Brand Positioning

Write sharp, engaging ad copy, caption copy, broadcast messages, and landing page/webinar registration messaging that aligns with our brand voice.

Qualifications

2–4 years of experience in content strategy, performance marketing, or brand management (experience with personal brands, wellness, creators, or direct-to-consumer services is a major plus).
Astrology & Spiritual Nuance (Essential): Understanding of astrology and tarot concepts and ability to translate this into accessible, relatable, and high-retention content hooks.
Funnel Literacy: Proven understanding of how top-of-funnel social media feeds into mid-funnel conversion tools (webinars, WhatsApp sequences, landing pages).
Platform Native: Hands-on experience or working familiarity with AISensy (WhatsApp API), Meta Ads Manager concepts, Instagram trends, and YouTube metadata.
Hook-Driven Copywriter: Outstanding ability to capture attention in short-form video and written communication.
Organized Executioner: Strong project management skills to coordinate between editors, designers, and platform setups without missing deadlines.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
