We are looking for a passionate MERN Stack Trainer who can train, mentor, and inspire students to become professional full-stack developers.
Responsibilities
- Deliver classroom and practical training on MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js
- Prepare lesson plans, assignments, and coding exercises
- Guide students in building real-world full-stack projects
- Conduct doubt-clearing and mentoring sessions
- Review code, GitHub repositories, and project submissions
- Support students with deployment, API integration, and database design
- Contribute to curriculum improvement and LMS content creation
- Participate in workshops, seminars, and technical events conducted by Reveforge
Required SkillsStrong knowledge of:
- MongoDB
- Express.js
- React.js
- Node.js
- REST APIs
- JavaScript (ES6+)
- HTML5 & CSS3
- Git & GitHub
- Authentication & authorization (JWT, sessions, etc.)
- Deployment (Vercel, Netlify, Render, or similar platforms)
Good to have:
- TypeScript
- Next.js
- Redux / Context API
- Firebase
- Docker basics
- Cloud deployment knowledge
Eligibility
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, BCA, MCA, or related field
- 1+ year experience in MERN Stack development or training
- Prior teaching, mentoring, or workshop experience is preferred
- Strong communication and presentation skills

Compensation
We offer flexible compensation models based on experience and engagement:
- Fixed monthly salary (for regular batches)
- Per-batch payment
