Key Responsibilities

Evaluate and approve/recommend loan applications based on company credit policies and risk parameters.
Conduct detailed credit assessment and underwriting of customers.
Analyse customer income, bank statements, credit bureau reports, repayment history and financial information.
Assess customer creditworthiness, repayment capacity and risk profile.
Review and interpret CIBIL/Experian/other credit bureau reports.
Identify potential fraud, high-risk applications and credit irregularities.
Ensure accurate verification of customer documents and financial information.
Make timely credit decisions within defined approval limits and TAT.
Monitor portfolio performance, including delinquency, bounce rates, DPD and repayment trends.
Analyse early warning indicators and recommend appropriate risk mitigation measures.
Coordinate with sales, operations, collections and risk teams to resolve credit-related issues.
Maintain proper documentation of credit decisions and ensure adherence to internal policies.
Prepare credit MIS and portfolio performance reports for management.
Review and recommend improvements in credit policies, underwriting rules and approval processes.
Ensure compliance with applicable RBI/NBFC regulations and internal risk policies.
Support internal and statutory audits related to credit operations.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
