Full job description

Full Stack Developer

We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic Full Stack Developer with 2-3 years of professional experience to join our dynamic engineering team. The ideal candidate will be proficient in both front-end and back-end development, capable of building scalable, high-performance web applications from conception to deployment. This role requires a strong problem-solver who is eager to contribute to all phases of the software development lifecycle, working collaboratively to deliver innovative solutions.

Roles & Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain robust and scalable web applications across the full stack, from user interface to database.
Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code for both front-end (UI/UX) and back-end components, adhering to best practices.
Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and other developers to understand requirements, define technical specifications, and translate them into functional solutions.
Implement and manage databases (SQL/NoSQL), ensuring data integrity, security, and optimal performance.
Develop and integrate RESTful APIs and microservices to facilitate seamless communication between different system components.
Conduct thorough code reviews, debugging, and testing to ensure high-quality software and a smooth user experience.
Participate actively in the entire application lifecycle, focusing on coding, debugging, and deployment.
Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and responsiveness.
Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices to continuously improve our development processes and product offerings.

Required Skills

2-3 years of professional experience as a Full Stack Developer or in a similar role.
Proficiency in front-end technologies: HTML5, CSS3, and modern JavaScript (ES6+).
Experience with at least one modern JavaScript framework/library (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js).
Strong back-end development skills with experience in at least one server-side language/framework (e.g., Node.js/Express, Python/Django/Flask, Java/Spring Boot, Ruby on Rails, .NET).
Solid understanding of relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL, SQL Server) and/or NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB, Redis).
Experience with designing and developing RESTful APIs.
Familiarity with version control systems, particularly Git.
Understanding of software development best practices, including testing, security, and performance optimization.
Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and debugging skills.
Strong communication and teamwork abilities, with a proactive approach to collaboration.
