Job Summary:
We are looking for a passionate, technically sound, and engaging Programming Trainer to join our academic team. In this role, you will mentor, code along with, and train students and fresh graduates in modern programming languages and software development paradigms. Your primary goal will be to transform absolute beginners into logical thinkers and job-ready software developers through hands-on practical lab sessions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct high-energy classroom lectures and hands-on lab sessions in core programming languages.
- Deliver structured training across modules like C, C++, Java, Python, Web Development (HTML/CSS/JavaScript), or Full-Stack frameworks.
- Debug student code during lab hours and teach best practices for clean, optimized programming.
- Design, evaluate, and review weekly coding assignments, mini-projects, and algorithmic logical challenges.
- Maintain a meticulous record of student attendance, track batch progress, and conduct periodic technical assessments.
- Prepare students for global certification exams and assist the placement wing with mock technical interviews and portfolio reviews. Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Education: B.Tech (CS/IT), MCA, BCA, M. Sc (CS), or an equivalent degree in computer application/science.
- Experience: 1–3 years of experience as an IT Faculty, Programming Trainer, or Software Developer.
- Technical Skills: Solid foundation in Object-Oriented Programming (OOPs), Data Structures, and proficiency in at least two core technologies (e.g., Python, Core/Advanced Java, JavaScript, SQL).
- Communication: Exceptional ability to break down abstract logical concepts and complex code structures into simple, easily understandable analogies in English and Malayalam.
