Full job description

Responsibilities:

Office Maintenance:Ensure cleanliness and tidiness of the office premises.
Dusting and cleaning of desks, chairs, and other furniture.
Monitor and replenish office supplies (stationery, pantry items, toiletries, etc.).
Handle basic maintenance tasks, such as changing light bulbs and reporting any repairs needed.

Pantry Management:Maintain cleanliness and organization in the pantry area.
Make arrangements for tea, coffee, and other refreshments for office staff and guests.
Monitor and replenish pantry supplies.

Courier and Document Handling:Assist in sending and receiving couriers.
Distribute incoming documents to the relevant departments.
Ensure the proper filing and organization of documents.

Assistance to Staff:Provide support to employees as needed.
Assist in setting up meeting rooms and preparing for meetings.
Run errands outside the office, such as banking tasks or purchasing office supplies.

Office Security:Monitor and control access to the office premises.
Report any suspicious activities or security concerns to the designated personnel.

Outdoor Tasks:Perform outdoor tasks such as bank deposits, bill payments, and other official errands.
Ensure timely delivery and pick up of documents or items.

Communication:Communicate effectively with staff members to understand and fulfill their requirements.
Handle basic communication tasks, such as receiving and directing phone calls.

Adherence to Policies:Adhere to company policies and procedures.
Maintain confidentiality in handling sensitive information.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month

Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (Preferred)
