Full Stack Developer – AI-Assisted Development
Company: Nevina Infotech
Location: Ashram Road, Ahmedabad
Job Type: Full-time
Experience: 2–7 Years
Education: B.Tech/B.E./MCA or equivalent qualification preferred

Job Overview
Nevina Infotech is looking for an experienced Full Stack Developer who can independently handle scalable website and application development from frontend to backend.
The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in Frontend, Backend, API Development, Database Management, Web Development, and Application Development. The candidate must be capable of single-handedly developing and managing complete projects with the help of modern AI-powered coding and development tools.
Experience in developing enterprise-level, high-performance, scalable, and secure websites/applications will be highly preferred.

Roles & Responsibilities

Develop scalable and high-performance websites and web applications.
Develop both Frontend and Backend components independently.
Build and integrate REST APIs, third-party APIs, and internal APIs.
Design, develop, and manage databases and database architecture.
Work with large datasets and ensure efficient database queries and performance.
Develop secure, scalable, and maintainable application architecture.
Handle complete development lifecycle: Requirement → Development → API → Database → Testing → Deployment.
Develop and maintain Web Applications and Software Applications.
Integrate third-party services, APIs, authentication systems, payment gateways, and other external services.
Optimize applications for performance, scalability, security, and reliability.
Debug and resolve frontend, backend, API, and database-related issues.
Manage source code using Git/GitHub and follow proper development practices.
Handle deployment, hosting, server configuration, and production issues.
Independently understand project requirements and convert them into working applications.
Use AI-assisted coding tools to accelerate development, debugging, testing, documentation, and problem-solving.
Take complete ownership of assigned projects and deliver them with minimal supervision.

The candidate should have hands-on experience or strong practical understanding of modern AI-powered development tools, including:

MCP (Model Context Protocol)
MCP Server & MCP Tool Integration
Ability to connect and use multiple MCP tools for development workflows.
AI-assisted code generation, debugging, refactoring, testing, and documentation.
Ability to use AI tools to independently develop complete Web and Application projects.

Technical Requirements

2–5 years of professional Full Stack Development experience.
Strong experience in both Frontend and Backend Development.
Proven experience developing scalable websites and enterprise-level web applications.
Strong experience with API development and API integration.
Strong knowledge of Database Design, Database Management, SQL, and query optimization.
Experience with databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or equivalent.
Strong knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, and CSS.
Experience with modern frontend frameworks such as React.js, Next.js, Angular, or Vue.js.
Strong backend experience with technologies such as Node.js, Python/Django, PHP/Laravel, Java, or equivalent.
Experience developing and consuming REST APIs.
Understanding of authentication, authorization, security, API architecture, and integrations.
Experience with Git/GitHub, deployment, cloud hosting, and server management.
Strong understanding of scalable architecture, performance optimization, and security.
Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.

What We Are Looking For:
- Understand the requirement → Design the architecture → Develop Frontend → Develop Backend → Create APIs → Design Database → Integrate Services → Test → Deploy → Maintain
- The candidate should be confident enough to handle complete Web and Application Development independently, rather than working only on a specific frontend or backend module.
- Experience using AI tools such as Cursor AI, GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, OpenClaw, and MCP to improve development productivity will be a strong advantage.

Preferred

Experience developing enterprise-level or highly scalable websites/applications.
Experience handling complete projects single-handedly.
Strong API and database architecture experience.
Experience with cloud platforms, Docker, CI/CD, and production deployment.
Experience with AI-assisted software development.
Experience connecting and working with multiple MCP tools.
Experience in an IT/Software Development company will be an added advantage.
Immediate joiners will be preferred.
