Overview

Embark on an exciting journey as a FRESHER- RECRUITING TRAINEE, where you will gain hands-on experience in the dynamic world of talent acquisition and human resources. This paid training role offers a fantastic opportunity to develop foundational skills in sourcing, interviewing, and managing talent across various industries. You will be an integral part of our recruitment team, supporting full-cycle hiring processes and learning the ins and outs of effective talent management. Duties

Assist in sourcing candidates through various channels including social media marketing (recruitment), HR sourcing platforms, and job portals.
Support the screening and interviewing process by coordinating candidate schedules and conducting initial assessments under supervision.
Contribute to talent acquisition strategies by researching industry trends and maintaining candidate sourcing databases using HR systems like ATS (Applicant Tracking System) tools such as iCIMS or Workday.
Help organize campus recruitment drives and participate in external recruiting events to attract fresh talent.
Maintain strong relationship management with candidates, hiring managers, and external partners to ensure a seamless recruitment experience.
Support the onboarding process by preparing employment contracts, employee orientation sessions, and assisting with employee evaluation documentation.
Assist in HR legal compliance activities related to employment law in talent management, employment & labor law, and internal recruiting policies.

Experience

This is an entry-level position; prior experience is not required but familiarity with HR systems like SAP HRIS, Kronos, or UltiPro is a plus.
Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with candidates and team members.
Basic understanding of recruiting processes including full cycle recruiting, candidate sourcing, and high-volume recruitment techniques.
Knowledge of social media management for recruitment purposes and lead generation strategies is advantageous.
Eagerness to learn about technical recruiting, executive recruiting, and employment law in talent management practices.
Ability to research market trends and utilize HRIS tools such as Salesforce or ADP for data management.
