Position Overview
We are seeking an aggressive, well-connected B2B Sales Manager who lives and breathes the bulk modular furniture and architectural interiors domain. You will be the spearhead of our expansion into the hospitality sector (hotels, resorts, serviced apartments, and boutique properties) and large-scale real estate developments.
You aren't just selling furniture; you are selling operational velocity, absolute manufacturing consistency, and zero-delay execution to decision-makers who are tired of legacy vendors missing deadlines. Your primary superpower is your industry network—you know the key players, and you know how to navigate complex corporate procurement cycles to close high-value, bulk contracts.
Roles and Responsibilities:
* Network & Acquire: Leverage your existing network of hotel owners, real estate developers, procurement heads, project directors, and hospitality interior designers to secure high-value bulk modular kitchen and wardrobe projects.
* Drive the Full Sales Cycle: Own the entire pipeline from initial relationship-building and pitch to technical presentations, mock-up room approvals, negotiation, and contract closure.
* Pitch the "Theos Advantage": Effectively communicate our core differentiators—24-hour design/quote turnaround, automated manufacturing precision, and a strict 15-day delivery timeline that protects client revenue.
* Strategic Account Mapping: Identify upcoming hotel renovations, new developments, and boutique hospitality projects across target regions and map out decision-makers for targeted outreach.
* Collaborate with Architects & Production: Act as the vital bridge between the client and our in-house team of architects and engineers to ensure custom requirements, design iterations, and specifications are met without friction.
* Digital Prospecting & Social Selling: Utilize digital platforms like LinkedIn Sales Navigator to identify, engage, and nurture enterprise-level leads, decision-makers, and key specifiers.
* Close High-Ticket Deals: Meet and exceed ambitious monthly and quarterly revenue targets through structured enterprise sales strategies.
Requirements
1. Educational Background
* Degree Requirement: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Interior Design.
* Value Add: Post-graduation (MBA in Sales/Marketing or specialized Hospitality Management) is a strong plus.
2. Domain & Organizational Experience
* Experience Required: 6 to 12+ years of progressive B2B enterprise sales experience.
* Industry Focus: Must have hands-on experience working with modular furniture manufacturers, architectural millwork companies, contract manufacturing units, or interior fit-out contracting firms.
* Corporate Exposure: Prior background working with established interior brands, commercial fit-out companies, or dealing directly with corporate hospitality supply chains.
3. Scale & Project Track Record (Minimum Project Size Handled)
* Deal Size: Must have a proven track record of independently pitching, negotiating, and closing bulk B2B projects with a minimum individual contract value of INR 50 Lakhs to INR 1 Crore+ (or equivalent scale).
* Volume Management: Experience managing execution pipelines for multi-unit rollouts (e.g., executing kitchen and wardrobe fit-outs for boutique hotels, standardized resort villas, or multi-floor residential real estate towers comprising 20 to 100+ rooms).
4. Digital Tools & Social Selling Proficiency
* LinkedIn & Sales Navigator: Expert-level proficiency in using LinkedIn Sales Navigator for lead mapping, building targeted decision-maker lists, and executing high-conversion social selling campaigns.
* CRM Ecosystem: Hands-on experience with modern CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho CRM) to track pipeline velocity, manage accounts, and forecast revenue.
* Presentation Tech: Proficient with digital collaboration and virtual pitch tools (Zoom, Microsoft Teams) to present complex architectural renders and technical proposals effectively.
5. Soft Skills & Core Competencies
* Consultative Selling: Ability to speak the language of architects, project heads, and developers—understanding technical specs, floor plans, material tolerances, and hardware grades.
* Resilience & Stakeholder Management: Exceptional capability to navigate long corporate decision-making chains involving multiple stakeholders (Owners, Procurement Heads, Interior Designers, General Contractors).
* Urgency & Agility: Comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment where quick turnarounds and rapid communication give us a competitive edge over legacy players.
