Location : Delhi NCR

Job Type : Full-Time

Job Overview

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Senior Architect to lead architectural and interior design projects from concept development to execution. The ideal candidate should possess strong design capabilities, technical expertise, client-handling skills, and experience managing residential and commercial projects.

This role requires a professional who can balance creativity with practical execution while coordinating with clients, consultants, vendors, and project teams.

Key ResponsibilitiesDesign & Planning

Develop innovative architectural and interior design concepts.
Prepare detailed drawings, layouts, working drawings, and design documentation.
Create presentation materials, mood boards, and design proposals.
Develop space planning solutions based on client requirements.

Technical Execution

Prepare and review construction drawings and technical details.
Ensure design compliance with project requirements and industry standards.
Coordinate with consultants, contractors, vendors, and site teams.
Review material selections, finishes, and specifications.

Project Management

Manage multiple projects simultaneously from concept to completion.
Monitor project timelines and deliverables.
Coordinate with clients throughout the design and execution process.
Conduct site visits and resolve design-related issues during execution.

Team Coordination

Guide and mentor junior architects and designers.
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth project execution.
Ensure quality standards are maintained across all project stages.

Minimum 4 years of professional experience in Architecture or Interior Design firms

Preferred Candidate Profile

Experience in both Residential and Commercial Projects
Strong Portfolio showcasing architectural and interior design projects
Good understanding of materials, finishes, construction methods, and building technology
Excellent presentation and communication skills
Strong planning, organizational, and coordination abilities
Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple projects
Experience leading small teams will be an added advantage
